Open or enclosed — which do I need?
Open transport is the affordable standard and how most cars ship safely every day. Choose enclosed for luxury, classic, exotic, or low-clearance vehicles where extra protection from weather and road debris is worth it.
Is my car insured during transport?
Yes. Every vehicle is covered by the carrier's cargo insurance for the entire trip, and we confirm coverage before pickup. You'll also document your car's condition at both pickup and delivery on the Bill of Lading.
Do I have to be there for pickup and delivery?
You or an authorized adult needs to be present at both ends to hand over keys, inspect the vehicle, and sign the condition report. If you can't make it, a friend or family member can stand in for you.
Do you ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska?
